Associate Systems Engineer
Reporting to the Support Services Manager, the role shall cover:
• Develop installation plan
• Perform installation activities for medium scale project.
• Validate hardware and software configuration
• Solve technical problem at client site
• Write proper technical reports after servicing a client
Competence, Experience and Skill Required
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics with minimum IPK of 3.0;
• 2-3 years hands-on technical experience in network systems integration;
• Knowledge of data, voice and IP networking architecture, topologies and protocols;
• Hold valid vendor certification e.g. CCNA
• Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer relationship skills;
Desirable
• Experience in any one of these domains:
o Collaboration and Unified Communication
o Network Security
• CCNP certified
