We are pleased to invite your students to participate in the Indonesia NetRiders 2011 Competition.
The Competition Registration and Team Selection Period will run from September 1, 2011 at 8:00 AM to September 28, 2011 at 5:00 PM. Contestants must receive an enrolment key from their Networking Academy Instructor, pre-register and may be required to download certain software in order to compete in the Competition. During this time, each Contestant must complete the Select Your Team task.
The Practice Test Period will be open September 30, 2011 at 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
The Competition Exam Period will be held beginning October 15, 2011 from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Contestants participate at Universitas Kristen Petra, Jalan Siwalankerto 121-131 Surabaya, 60236.
Registration Steps:
Each Contestant must individually register for the Competition, but the Competition is team-based. Each team must consist of two (2) Contestants meeting all of the Eligibility Criteria. To register for the Competition, each Contestant must do all of the following:
1. Ask your instructor for the enrollment key
2. Go to http://www.academynetriders.com and select NetRiders Asia Pacific 2011 and then select Indonesia 2011 NetRiders Competition.
3. Login using your Academy Connection username and password.
4. If new to the site, create a new account by reviewing the pre-populated information and submitting all required information as instructed.
5. Select Asia Pacific and then select Indonesia 2011 NetRiders.
6. Agree to these Terms and Conditions.
7. Type in your enrolment key:
8. You will now be enrolled in the competition.
9. Next, complete a Select Your Team task by either selecting to be a Team Captain or by joining a Team by selecting the enroll button next to a designated Team Captain. You must complete this task during the Registration period (September 1, 2011 – September 28, 2011) to participate. Any person not enrolled in a Team will be disqualified.
10. During the Practice Test Period, participate in a practice exam. Sign in for the Practice Test using your login and password
11. The computer on which you are competing must have the most current version of Packet Tracer installed. You can download the most current version of Packet Tracer by logging into the Academy Connection website at www.cisco.com/go/netacad. You will need to return to the Competition Site on your assigned date and time and then take the Exams

* Eligibility. The Competition is open to: (a) currently, validly enrolled Cisco Networking Academy student or former Cisco Networking Academy student who was validly enrolled in a CCNA Discovery or CCNA Exploration course within the 11 months prior to the Competition start date; (b) who is at least 18 years of age by December 31, 2011; (c) who provides a valid Academy Connection username and valid Academy Connection ID number when registering; (d) who has network access that supports participation; (e) who completes the "Select Your Team" task designating INDONESIA 2011 NATIONAL NETRIDERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS themselves as Team Captain or Team Member during the registration period; and (f) who is a resident or is currently enrolled in a Cisco Networking Academy in Indonesia ("Contestants").
The following are not eligible to participate: (i) Instructors; (ii) employees and internally contracted vendors of Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, agents, promotion partners, and affiliates (collectively, the "Competition Entities"); (iii) employees and internally contracted vendors of competitors of Cisco (as defined by Cisco in its sole and absolute discretion); (iv) employees and contractors of government- affiliated companies or organizations; (v) and each and every of these persons' respective immediate families and household members.
